Other and my own experience with weight loss has been quite extensive, and I have used a number of of the diet product and diets on the market today. What I finally realized is that I either lost weight at first and then came to a standstill, or I actually gained all of the weight back and more.
Considering that I first started loose weight that included exercising and watching how I ate, I became discouraged, since I had to give up some of my favorite foods and had to exercise. I stopped within a week and began searching for an easier way to knock off the weight.
I went to see my doctor about my weight problem a few months later, and asked if there was an easy weight loss program or a pill I could take. While I was talking, my doctor was shaking her head, and then she said, “You simply need to excercise and diet; that’s all
I decided to put a hold on trying to diet for a few more months and gained even more weight. The psychological effect is the worst, because you feel bad about yourself and self-conscious about your body prototype.

Within about eight months I dropped 50 pounds and was down to a healthy weight, and realized that my doctor was right all along. Now, there are those people that have glandular problems or metabolic disorders that do make it hard to lose weight, but for most of us, the best weight loss diet plan is just a determination to exercise and eat healthier foods.
