Getting the Body of Your Dreams in 8 Weeks – Nutrition
Now, before you tell me that it is impossible to get a dream body in eight weeks, let me first explain the meaning behind the title. If you have less than 20 lbs to lose and have no restrictions in term of exercise or diet, than yes, you can get your dream body in eight weeks. To lose the 20 lbs, we are going to need to lose 2.5 lbs per week which is a definite possibility. That also means that we are going to need to cut calories from our bodies using a combination of hardcore exercise and clean, healthy eating.
This article is going to provide you with some tasty, healthy alternatives to what you may currently be eating.
