Check Out The Lean Belly Prescription

We all understand that having a lot of belly fat is usually a problem. Not only is it responsible for the “muffin tops” all of us hate so much, it puts real pressure on our bodies while adding to issues like heart disease, diabetes and more. There is a fresh book, however, entitled The Lean Belly Prescription that, according to the marketing, will help you lose your muffin top while simultaneously improving your health. This book has many reviews already and we wanted to find out if it was superior to anything else that people are already buying so we decided to take a look.

You can find the book at a “regular” book selling site like Barnes and Noble, Borders and on Amazon.com. This is excellent because it helps the book gain legitimacy. It also makes it more worth getting since you won’t have to worry about a bunch of affiliates featuring overly inflated reviews to make sure that they earn lots of commissions even if the book isn’t helpful. It will help that the guide was made by Travis Stork. You may possibly remember him from the show “The Bachelor” or recognize him as one of the doctors on the syndicated daytime show “The Doctors.” Obviously, though, he’s more than a television character. He is a true doctor who works in an emergency room at a legitimate hospital.

As we have just stated, the lean belly prescription is something that cannot be dismissed – or at least should never be ignored. There are so many scenarios and variations – twists and turns, that hopefully you see how difficult it can be to cover all bases. That is really a good deal when you think about it, so just the briefest moment to mention something. After all we have read, this is appropriate and powerful information that should be regarded. The last remaining areas for discussion may be even more important.

The book was made in an effort to market his Pick 3 to Lean system. With the Pick 3 to Lean course, you are offered the opportunity to customize your lifestyle and eating habits without being forced to spend a bunch of time working out or exercising at the gym. The system guarantees to help you shed weight without having to give up any of the things you love-food, free time, etc. The approach focuses on the principle of N.E.A.T, or Non-Exercise Activity Thermogenesis. This is really a theory that says you can burn calories without having to do lots of exercise.

From what we can tell, this book makes an awful lot of claims but doesn’t deliver any brand new or revelatory information. Simply put, this book doesn’t seem to offer you anything that you will not discover by doing a couple of Google searches and using your common sense. It will even be unsatisfying for people who are hoping for some real reasoning behind the instructions they are given. There is hardly any theory inside the pages of this publication. The readers are simply given some outlines and programs and told to follow along. If you happen to be an individual who enjoys being given clear cut plans but doesn’t want to have to stress about the whys of what you are doing, this could be a good book for you.

Regular thinking tells us that the proper way to lose fat is exercise and good eating habits. This book flies in the face of that common sense, so we aren’t actually sure if it will work as well as it says it does. Of course, it’s certainly worth a look, particularly when you get permission from your medical doctor (your own doctor, not the doctor who wrote the book).

The Lean Belly Prescription may be the right choice right now.
